1. I am not a medical professional. Please seek a physician for all health and mental-health related matters.
2. You will receive a meeting link to your email address between 24-hours/1 hour of your appointment.
3. There is a 15-minute no show policy for readings. After 15 minutes, I reserve the right to leave the call, maintain funds and not reschedule/refund the reading. Specific cases will be considered, please email chrisshort14@gmail.com for more information.
4. There is a 24-hour refund policy. If the appointment is within 24 hours, cancellations will not be refunded.
5. Readings are best conducted collaboratively. It’s a conversation! Astrology is not simply a fortune-telling system, it’s one of discovery. Discovery is a venture that’s best shared! There’s far more for you to gain that way.
6. I am open to various systems of astrology, but by scheduling with me, you’re agreeing to a tropical reading using the principles of the hellinistic tradition.
7. If I suspect or observe inappropriate behaviour at any point during our reading, I reserve the right to terminate the call with no refund or rescheduling option.
8. Ensure you answer the intake form as best you can. An accurate birth-time is very important.
9. Attain permission before sharing charts for synastry readings. I reserve the right to decline a synastry reading if I believe there is malicious/unhealthy intent.
10. I am against all xenophobic, racist, transphobic/anti LGBTQ+ perspectives. If you take issue with this then I do not suggest engaging with my practice.
11. This practice is not a place to question or test the nature of astrology or its significance. If you book a reading with this intent, then I reserve the right to exit the call with no refunds.
12. A steady internet connection is vital for a constructive reading. If your internet connection intefers with the reading, then I cannot promise that the time will be made-up. Please ensure that your connection is stable prior to booking.
